Fulvio is one of the founders of the first Italian computer clubs. He studied electronics at Turin University and before graduating he wrote his first video game, Specventure, a huge success in 1985, he was the first Italian to sell a video game in the international market. In 1986 he created real-time multi-tasking operating system I-Wave and in 1990 founded his first company for automated test systems. During his army service developed an advanced neural network artificial entity. From 1995 to 2002 Fulvio was co-founder of the largest Italian public network of computers. From 2001 he has been president of Ultramundum Foundation. From 2015 Fulvio has been CEO of Ubiatar inc, a human tele-presence company based in Silicon Valley.
