Etai is a corporate partner at GKH. Etai advises technology and growth companies on general corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, intellectual property and licensing, and employment-related matters. He regularly assists companies in capital raising transactions, including early- and later-stage venture capital financings and debt financings. In addition, Etai advises companies on transactional matters including merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures. Etai currently runs a course on legal aspects of investing in start-ups for Executive MBA students at the Hebrew University. Previously he ran courses for graduates and post graduates at Tel Aviv University on entrepreneurship. Etai has also been mentoring seed stage startups in various forums such as IDSeeds – the entrepreneurship center at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya, Startup Bootcamp, NazTech, 3DS and at the local branch of Seedcamp. Etai joined GKH in 2000 as an associate and became a partner in 2008. Etai has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000.
