With over 25 years of experience in technical in support of designing, architecting and the delivery of solutions to address business needs, Haim is a respected and renowned player in the start-up space. Haim joined Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest bank, in 2016 as head of fintech and business development after spending 12 years in New York. He is responsible for leading the bank's interface with Fintech start-ups and technology firms. Haim's group is also developing strategic partnerships with relevant institutions such as financial organisations, investment firms, higher education establishments and large scale domestic and international companies. Prior to joining Bank Hapoalim, Haim worked for Morgan Stanley in New York where he served as the global head of Client Experience in the firms enterprise infrastructure CTO office. Haim was responsible for leading the firm’s strategy and vision for client experience, Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC), Mobility, BYOD, Social enablement, customer digital engagement and disruptive innovation in client related technologies. Haim led Morgan Stanley’s vision for how the corporate workspace is set to look in the next few years, developing unique perspectives on market trends and opportunities for the firm. This includes addressing changes in application development practices, endpoint security and cyber challenges to mitigate Data Leakage risks (DLP) as SaaS based services drive organizations to consider Cloud adoption. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Haim held senior technology roles with Cisco systems and Avaya, including heading solution architecture for Avaya Israel. As an active member of the Start-up community in Israel and New York, Haim is in continual contact with entrepreneurs and VCs looking for the next disruptive technologies in Fintech, Enterprise Software, Cyber Security and End User segments.
